Mireille Hildebrandt is a Research Professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), appointed by the VUB Research Council on the Chair of 'Interfacing Law and Technology'. She also holds the Chair of 'Smart Environments, Data Protection and the Rule of Law', at Radboud University, Nijmegen.
