CEU Press will attend the ICCEES XI World Congress!
The XI ICCEES World Congress is scheduled to take place from July 21 to 25, 2025, at University College London (UCL), hosted by the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES). The central theme of the congress is “Disruption”, focusing on the profound changes and challenges in Central and Eastern Europe, especially in the aftermath of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
This congress is a major international gathering for scholars and researchers focused on the politics, history, culture, languages, and societies of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe, as well as Russia, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. It is organized in collaboration with UCL’s School of Slavonic and East European Studies (SSEES), the UK's largest institution dedicated to the study of these regions.
