Domitilla (Domi) Olivieri is antropoloog, activist, docent en onderzoeker. Olivieri werkt als Universitair Docent in het Graduate Gender Programme in het Departement Media en Culture Studies aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Olivieri’s meest recente publicaties zijn: “In the Spiral of Time. Conversation with Trinh. T. Minh-ha” voor Transnational Screens (2022); en “Slowness as a mode of attention and resistance: playing with time in documentary cinema and contesting the rhythms of the neoliberal university” in Contention (2022). Olivieri’s projecten focussen op documentaire films, tijd en ruimtes van het alledaagse, vormen van sociale en politieke relationaliteit en dispuut, activistische interventies in de neoliberale academie, en ritmes in (documentaire) media.
