AUP’s journals and books Open Access programme has worked with many different types and sizes of funding organisations. Indeed, AUP regularly publishes projects with specific compliance needs, such as ERC funding and UKRI Open Access compliance.

Open Access for librarians

AUP’s Open Access book and journal collection are available around the world.

So that we can ensure that AUP’s Open Access books are accessible to libraries, we submit all our open access metadata to the major indexing services: Proquest, EBSCO and WorldCat, We also have an arrangement with ScienceOpen for chapter-level metadata of all our Open Access titles, you can view these here.

Our Open Access books are hosted on aup-online.com, OAPEN, Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB), Project Muse, JStor and De Gruyter.
